The 18th Ecsite Annual Conference took place in the legendary capital of Portugal – Lisbon from 31st of May to 2nd of June.

The Ecsite AC2007 was attended by 923 participants from 55 countries in Europe and worldwide.

Science centre and science museum professionals, from directors to explainers and from European to worldwide experts visited the capital of Portugal and enjoyed the 75 sessions of the conference and a great social programme.

 

 The host organisation of the AC 2007 was  the Pavilhão do  Conhecimento - Ciencia Viva. The ‘Pavilion of Knowledge’ is an interactive science centre, head of a network of 14 science and technology centres in Portugal. This active organisation is involved in projects with schools, government and international organisations.
